  • The house should not face tall building with sharp edges.
  • The house should not be situated at such dangerous places as Chemical plant, warehouse of dangerous cargo, or petrol station.The main door should not be facing high court, police station, hospital, funeral parlour, mosque, church or temple.
  • The house should not be the lowest in the neighbourhood.
  • The house on your right and left should not be both taller than yours.
  • The house should not have lights reflecting on it from the neighbouring houses.
  • The house should not face a perpendicular bridge.
  • The house should not face power station,viaduct, high way, railway, MRT track, high tension wires or rubbish collection center.

  • Avoid T-junction, Cross roads, cul de sac.
  • Avoid narrow passage between two buildings
  • Avoid house that has a road or a lane leading to the main door or the backyard.
  • The road in front of the house should not straight or convex.
  • Avoid entrance to the underground car park.
  • Avoid main door that faces big tree, or tree with creepers.

  • Should not be next to a toilet or kitchen.

  • Irregular shaped rooms should not be used as bed rooms; it can only be used as store room.
  • Avoid sharp edged wall.
  • No ashtray in the room.
  • Avoid TV, mirror.
  • Avoid overly decorated bedroom especially with shining objects.
  • Avoid bed facing toilet door.
  • When lying on the bed, no beams or lights should be on top of your body, there must be solid wall behind your head, therefore windows, pictures or other furniture are not allowed.
  • When lying on the bed, your legs should not be facing the bedroom door.
